We start our journey of learning about measurements with the chest measurement. Chest is a fairly straight forward measurement, although there are a few ways to get it wrong. Here are some tips and a video on how to measure your chest.

• Do not puff out your chest.
• Stand normally, with your arms to your side.
• Ensure the tape measure goes around your nipples, as this is the widest part of your chest.
• Wear a shirt, not a blazer when measuring your chest.
